We've got classes for the complete beginner to the experienced fighter
Basics
We have 2 BJJ Basics and 2 Kickboxing Basics classes running every week!
These are the perfect starting point for beginners, where you will learn the fundamentals of each discipline.
Mixed Ability
Our mixed ability classes require prior training experience and are not suitable for complete beginners.
Our advanced level fighters attend these classes but also train alongside members who've been training for a few months as learning from those better than you is THE fastest way to improve.
